Codel Software Achieve ISO9001:2000 Certification

Codel Software spent a year honing its entire customer service, administrative and management practices for ISO 9001:2000 and Codel Software Commercial Director, Adrian Lewis, says it was worth it.
“The ISO certification is recognised by businesses around the world and it will help us when we compete for contracts. With this our clients can instantly recognise that we have a commitment to quality in all our working practice.”

Codel Software has over 15 years experience offering business software solutions to businesses and the public sector all over the UK and Europe including Nissan, Nestor Healthcare, De La Rue, Trelleborg to name but a few. Last year it was awarded the IBM Platinum Achievement Award and was named one of the 25 rising business stars in Wales.

To help achieve certification, company was supported by the Welsh Assembly Government and engaged the THE Group to provide advice and assistance to achieve the certification.

Brian Taylor, Director of THE Group, said, “Codel Software already had a lot of good practices and my job was to formalise these. I provided technical advice and also conducted a complete review ahead of the final audit, which proved successful first time.”

Adrian Lewis says the ISO certification is more than just another award for the company. “This will open more doors and boost the business. It will provide a platform for growth for the business ensuring the quality of the service we offer our clients is consistent and constantly reviewed. Having this certification is congruent to our vision for the business in delivering continuous improvement through innovative collaborative software solutions. “
