The results of Continuous Improvement effort, lesson learnt and ideas rejected can be made available on-line so that the organisation is continuously learning from previous experiences. The Continuous Improvement database can be integrated with HR to keep a record of who has contributed to Continuous Improvement activity and should therefore be rewarded or encouraged.
